The branch has been constantly monitoring what has been happening with this building. In recent weeks all the signs have been removed and placed on ebay as for sale items. The furnishings in the pub have all been stripped out and a certain amount of alterations made.

We have not been able to find any change of use applications on the City of Doncaster Council website so we have written to them asking what is happening. We have received a reply indicating they are investigating the situation and there may have been a breach of planning laws.
